Introducing Cryogatt & IMT Matcher™

We are proud to announce that we have added IMT Matcher™ and Cryogatt to our product range.

IMT Matcher™ - A barcode-based electronic witnessing, labelling, scheduling, traceability and data Insights system, specifically created for IVF centres and donor banks to help prevent errors.

Cryogatt - Functional, cryo-resistant RFID (radio-frequency identification) tags. This is a pioneering technology and Cryogatt is the only company to provide this type of tag.

Cryochats™

If you're using your Planer controlled rate freezer for cell therapy cryopreservation, we'd encourage you to check out the monthly Cryochats™ hosted by our friends at Evia Bio.

This month's chat will be held on Wednesday 24th January with a focus on effective cryopreservation of natural killer cells - it's a great opportunity to learn and to network with some of the world's leading cryobiologists and we look forward to seeing you there.

Service Team Changes

If you are based in the South of England, a new face will be visiting you if you require service for our products. Jasper Budok (pictured) is now the Southern Field Engineer and James Maclean our previous Southern Field Engineer will now be based in our Sunbury-on-Thames headquarters as one of our in-house engineers. Hamilton Thorne Appoints Dr. Ekaterina (Kate) Torchilin as President and CEO

As of 15th January 2024, Dr. Ekaterina (Kate) Torchilin is now Hamilton Thorne's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Torchilin is succeeding David Wolf, who is retiring as President and CEO. David, will continue to serve the Company as Executive Chairman. Dr. Torchilin will also join the Hamilton Thorne Board of Directors.

We look forward to welcoming Dr. Torchilin to our offices when she visits next month.
