DATAssure™ 433 MHz Product Range to be Replaced
 

Planer are no longer able to supply DATAssure™ 433MHz wireless alarm and monitoring base units for new systems and therefore this product line has now been placed on end of life notification.

We will continue to support existing customers who have DATAssure™ systems with both technical support, spare parts for repairs and can even for a period of time provide new sensors to allow existing customers to expand their systems if required. However we will not be able to provide any new base station for new systems.

DATAssure™ 433 MHz system is being replaced by an 868MHz system. The DATAssure™ 868MHz product provides state of the art encrypted wireless communication and incorporates many enhanced features compared to the original 433MHz product. It is designed to provide the next generation of technology and protection to the valuable samples within our customers clinics, hospitals and laboratories.  The new 868Mhz system will  be able to monitor all the same parameters and equipment to meet the demands of a modern laboratory and prices of the 868MHz products will remain at the same level as the 433 MHz equivalents.

The 868MHz system joins the well established 2.4GHz wireless system. Both not only provide laboratories and medical facilities with the peace of mind of having independent 24 hour notification of equipment alarms but also  help by reducing the need for time consuming manual daily checks of equipment performance.
